When assembling the food grade PU pipe, follow these steps carefully.
First, choose a hose joint that matches the size of the hose precisely. A proper fit is crucial for a secure connection.
When inserting the end of the joint into the hose, apply oil to both the hose and the end of the joint. Do not use fire to heat the hose for insertion. If the joint doesn’t fit easily, use hot water to gently heat the hose and then insert the connector.
Also, make sure to insert the serrated tube end of the connector completely into the hose. This ensures a tight and leak-proof connection.

Avoid using connectors that can be pushed in just once, as they may not provide a secure enough hold and can cause the hose to rupture.
When securing the connection, avoid excessive ligation with wire. Instead, choose a special sleeve or tie for a more reliable and less damaging fastening method.
Finally, never use damaged or rusted connectors. Using such connectors can compromise the entire assembly and lead to leaks or failures.
Safety Precautions
To ensure safety during hose use, operators must take the following measures.
First, always wear appropriate safety protective clothing, including gloves, rubber boots, and goggles. This protects against potential hazards such as spills, splashes, or flying debris.
Second, ensure that the work area is safe and orderly. A clutter-free environment reduces the risk of accidents and makes it easier to work with the hoses.
Third, regularly check whether the joints on each pipe are secure. Loose joints can lead to leaks and pose a safety risk.
Finally, when the hose is not in use, do not leave it in a pressure-resistant state. Shutting off the pressure can significantly extend the life of the pipe and prevent unnecessary wear and tear.
