The storage location of the upper and lower hydraulic hoses should be kept clean and ventilated. The relative humidity should be lower than 80%, the humidity in the storage location should be kept between -15°C~40°C, and the hydraulic hoses should be protected from direct sunlight and water.

If the hydraulic hoses need to be temporarily stored in the open air, the site must be flat, the hoses should be laid flat, and the upper cover should be covered.

When storing hydraulic hoses, they should be placed according to different specifications, and do not overlap or hang.

Both ends of the hydraulic hose must be tightly sealed to prevent debris from entering the hydraulic hose.

Store in a relaxed state as much as possible. Generally, hydraulic hoses with an inner diameter of less than 76mm can be stored in coils.

In order to prevent the hydraulic hoses from being compressed and deformed during storage, the stacking height should not be too high, and the height should not exceed 1.5mm; and the hydraulic hoses often need to be “beaten” during the storage process, not less than once a quarter.

It should not be in contact with acids, alkalis, oils and organic solvents or other corrosive liquids or gases, and should be separated from the heat source by 1m.

It is strictly forbidden to stack heavy objects on the hose body to prevent extrusion and damage by external force.

The hydraulic hose should not be stored for more than 2 years, and should be used before storage, so as not to affect the quality of the hydraulic hose due to the long storage time.
